Our Three Step Process
Tailored Website with GEO & Google Maps for Undercutter Landscaping

Undercutter Landscaping specializes in maintaining waterfront properties around Muskoka: lawn care, property maintenance, the work cottage owners can't be there to do themselves. Harry's customers are mostly absentee cottage owner. His website wasn't saying any of that, and Google Maps didn't know he existed for property maintenance. This is what changed.
Client background
Undercutter Landscaping is a property-maintenance company in Gravenhurst, Ontario, owned by Harry Hill. The buyer is the high-end waterfront owner, in Toronto most of the week, who wants the property kept up and doesn't want to manage it. Word of mouth had carried the business. Harry knew the online side needed to match and didn't know where to start.
Challenge
When I first looked at the business online, the site was a GoDaddy page with copy pasted with ai. Minimal information, nothing of the brand in it, default settings throughout. It read like every other lawn-care outfit, and the customer Harry actually wanted couldn't tell him apart from one. On Google Maps he ranked nowhere for property maintenance, which is the search that describes what he does. He was caught between word of mouth and a digital funnel he didn't have, and wasn't sure why good jobs weren't turning into reviews.
Solution
It started as a makeover of the existing GoDaddy site, making his brand a visible and connect to the clients he wanted. Harry liked what that did and asked how we could take it to the next level.
Website rebuild. I rebuilt the site in Framer on Harry's own account, aimed at the waterfront owner rather than the general lawn-care market. Photos and motion carry the pages instead of walls of text, because that buyer is judging from a phone. Pages tailored to each service, then simplified so Harry can change words and pictures himself without touching the layout. Contact-form enquiries land in his inbox and a spreadsheet at the same time. Domain and hosting sit in his name.
Google Business Profile and Maps. I optimized the Business Profile and rebuilt the site's FAQs around the searches that matter in his area, and the towns he serves. That work is written up in a Maps ranking playbook made just for him so he can run it himself or train future employees on it. No aditional maintenance.
Reviews. First identified why his reviews dropped off. Then I turned his post-job follow-up into a system coupled with a simple to use app on the spot, Specifically tailored to Harry and his clients. Followed-by wrapping everything up into our signature simplified marketing playbooks then was handed over with the app and the site.
Handover. A recorded walkthrough and a written manual, so nothing about the site depends on me being reachable.
Results
Within two weeks of the new site going live, Undercutter ranked #1 on Google Maps for lawn care in Gravenhurst and #4 for property maintenance, where it had ranked nowhere before. It now shows on the map for property maintenance in Walker's Point, Port Carling and Kilworthy. The review system produced three reviews in its first week. Harry's own count: about ten enquiries a month before the rebuild, thats around 5 in a two week stretch. 20 enquires came in the first two weeks after, 4x the rate. And off that work $18,000 in net revenue to the business.
